Programs Used: Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
As a graphic design intern for SCSU's Division of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, I was primarily tasked with creating printable assets (flyers/posters) that would be used to spread awareness about the division's mission, services, and events.

The Campus Climate Support flyer explains the DEI's system of handling climate concerns and describes the process for anyone who might wish to use service. The front of the of the flyer gives an overview of the Climate Support system, while the back is mostly focused on an infographic to detail the steps of system. It was designed with a color palette of blues that are both eye-catching and welcoming.
The "Our Commitment to Social Justice" flyer is an overview of the university's DEI which focuses on the commitment to social justice. The flyer was designed with a palette of dark yet bold blue and red to depict the strength of the division. In the center of the flyer is an illustration of a fist (a symbol of social justice) which holds three flowers that represent diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This flyer is to spread awareness of the Neurodivergent & Disability Affinity Graduation Ceremony. Some key elements of the design are the flourished title, the grad cap illustration, and the rainbow banner around the description to symbolize diversity. Additionally, to ensure accessibility, the title as well as the description have increased tracking.
This flyer was made for an event sponsored by the SCSU mediation club, which is advised and run by DEI members. The event was an informational session about the Ukraine-Russia war and the club had a lot of information they wanted to share about the event on the poster, I made sure to make the most important information (such as the title, date, speakers) the boldest and most prominent features of the flyer.
